Effective Networking Tips: Layton City’s Small Business Seminar

“Effective Business Networking Tips and Techniques” is the next topic in Layton City’s upcoming Small Business Seminar, set for August 24, 2022 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. The city’s Community and Economic Development department continues its popular, free business education series by featuring Tim Roper with the Davis Chamber of Commerce.

Roper is the Davis Chamber of Commerce Director of Member Development and has worked in business development for over 15 years. He currently serves on the Clearfield City Council; through his myriad experiences Roper has succeeded in business networking and helping establish profitable relationships.

The city’s Small Business Seminars offer the opportunity for local business leaders to spend a lunchbreak learning how to make their business more successful. The class will be held in-person at the Layton City Center building, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, and features a free lunch, courtesy of Layton City’s First Community Bank.

Layton’s Small Business seminars provide local networking opportunities and effective training on a wide array of business-related topics by business owners, government specialists, and other experts. Past popular topics have focused on: social medial marketing, small business accounting, search engine marketing, creating successful business plans, and more.
