The One Utah Summit event is just around the corner where Utah’s best and brightest entrepreneurs highlight their startup at the Davis Conference Center in Layton. This exciting event for entrepreneurs and businesses features a Startup Pitch Networking Event on the evening of May 1, 2023, with the primary day for the summit following on May 2, 2023.
The One Utah Summit, hosted by Governor Spencer J. Cox, occurs every six months. This event features Utah’s top entrepreneurs with a networking session, an exhibit hall featuring vendors and young professionals, a mainstage speaker, comments from Gov. Cox, and a speed pitch competition. Government and business leaders will also gather to discuss Utah’s economic development trends and topics at this event.
A One Summit ticket price includes admission to the Startup Pitch event on Monday, May, 1 if you are attending the Summit on May 2. The Startup Pitch tickets can also be purchased separately.

The Startup Pitch competition is powered by Kinect Capital (formerly VentureCapital.Org) in partnership with Weber State University’s Hall Global Entrepreneurship Center. It is an entrepreneur speed pitch challenge where judges rank the best ideas, and the audience selects a people’s choice award recipient. Contestants are prescreened, and the top three deliver their business pitches at the summit. Startup Pitch finalists receive cash, in-kind prizes, and tickets to the summit, where they network with Utah’s business leaders.
