A new sushi restaurant already becoming a favorite among sushi enthusiasts, Blue Fin Sushi, recently opened just north of the Layton Hills Mall at 802 West 1425 North in Layton City. Originally constructed for Iggy Sports Grill, the building has been completely repurposed and is now the beautiful new home to Blue Fin Sushi. Blue Fin has a stunning new interior and a Michelin Guide chef who prepares your food. With advanced notice, the chef can also make special orders. Layton City is proud to welcome Bart and Tasha Bess, owners of Blue Fin Sushi.
