Layton City Seminar: Boost Business, Keep Customers Coming Back

Learn how to save money, boost revenue, and build long-term success

Layton City’s Community and Economic Development department is hosting a free Small Business Seminar focused on Customer Retention Strategies. This session will be held on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Layton City Center Building Employee Training Room (437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, UT 84041).

Why is customer retention important?

It’s significantly cheaper to retain existing customers than acquire new ones (up to seven times less expensive!). Existing customers are familiar with your brand, trust you, and are more likely to buy again, especially if they’ve had positive experiences.

What will you learn? Our panel of local small business leaders will share their expertise on how to:

  • Keep your customers happy
  • Save money on customer acquisition
  • Increase revenue through repeat business
  • Build long-term success for your business

Free lunch included, courtesy of D.L. Evans Bank!
