Sales Growth Strategies for Layton City Small Business Seminar

Having an effective sales team is critical for the success of most businesses, regardless of size, industry, or product. Sales representatives are the engines that drive revenue, build brand awareness, and foster customer loyalty. Effective sales teams possess essential skills such as communication, relationship building, and most importantly, closing deals. Effective sales reps convert leads into customers, directly impacting your bottom line.

That’s why Layton City’s Community and Economic Development department is offering its upcoming “Sales Strategies for Small Business Growth” seminar featuring Richard LeDuc, Vice President of Sales at Helpside and Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah. With more than 15 years of sales leadership experience, LeDuc will share his best practices for creating efficiencies in sales that will help leaders grow their business.

Set for Wednesday, February 7 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm, the event will offer attendees valuable sales force training and an opportunity to do some business networking before and after the presentation. A free lunch will also be provided, courtesy of Helpside.

An effective sales team is not just about closing deals, it’s about building lasting relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving business growth. Investing in training, development, and fostering a positive sales culture can reap significant rewards for any business. Helpside offers training that positively impacts business owners, employees, and their families. They specialize in helping businesses transform into organizations where employees are empowered to be their best, helping the company and local community.
