Layton City has grant funds available through the Davis County Main Street Façade Grant program. Renovation or restoration plans for Main Street buildings may be eligible for funding. The grant may be awarded to one or two projects with the amount available to an individual project to be determined by the Layton City Redevelopment Agency (RDA). The funding will be provided as reimbursement following construction and verification that work has been completed as proposed.
This application must be received by July 31, 2020 to be considered. The funding is a grant and is not required to be paid back.
